The main focus of the graduate industrial engineer lies on the restructuring and optimization of companies and their processes. <\/p>\n

His strengths lie particularly in the implementation of change processes, the creation of commercial transparency, the introduction of LEAN principles and the optimization and increase in efficiency of the integrated supply chain.<\/p>\n
